- DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
You have to register with us to get all of our most recent updates, vouchers and faster future checkouts!

That is one thing that we can make sure of. ASCHAS guarantees to keep all of the information you've provided private and safe. We will not disclose it to anyone!

- HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

- I MISSED OUT ON AN ITEM THAT I LOVED. COULD I BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT'S BACK IN STOCK?
Aw :( We are so sorry to hear that! But hey, not to worry, for the sold out you still can buy as pre-order items.

- HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
Well, now that most of our products come in sizes 6-10 you can just pick the one that will fit you best!
For pointy shoes, if you have any feet wide, we advise you to choose the up size number from your normal size.
In any case, you can always refer to the Size Guide section at our product's description page.
- HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive an order confirmation via email and you can check the status in your account.
- CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once payment has been made for the particular order no changes can be made, especially for order paid using credit card.

- HOW I CAN TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have an account with us, please Sign In and go to "My Orders". Click "View Order" under Order Detail & Tracking. Next to the item(s) you will see the tracking number. Click on it to see the status of your shipment.
- WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND ASCHAS DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
Right now you won't be able to place an order using our system if there's no stock available, but you can contact us directly to make a pre-order for the items that are not available.

- HOW I CAN FIND A ASCHAS SHOES I AM LOOKING FOR?
You may click the search bar in the upper right corner of every webpage and type in what you would like to find.
You can use the search by a style name or category (Example: type "Pumps") and all the styles in that category will display. Then you can use the "Filter by" categories to find the styles that have the color, size, heel height and price you are looking for.
- WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Bank Transfers, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard), and PayPal.

SHIPPING
- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
We use the rate of JNE, you can kindly visit their website for an estimate shipping cost.

- CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A P.O BOX?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship everything via UPS and need a street address for delivery.
- CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we'd love to! For more info, click “Shipping Policy” section at the bottom of the page!

- CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At this time we can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.
- WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed.
After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, it takes 3-5 working days to process your order (this include: payment checking and packing order) before we send it to shipping company. Except for Pre-Order items.
We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order IDs, unfortunately, no combined-order possible for shipment.

- I THINK MY ORDER HAS BEEN LATE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. WHAT HAPPENED?!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- WHAT IS ASCHAS.COM'S RETURN & ECHANGE POLICY?
We do not do exchanges and strictly non refundable. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then contact our customer service at email us to admin@aschas.com, WhatsApp us to +62818808967, or Line us at @aschas.
We accept exchange size only. (with t&c apply)

- WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON DAMAGED ITEMS?
If you receive damage or defective items, please notify us immediately via email us to admin@aschas.com, WhatsApp us to +62818808967, or Line us at @aschas within 2 days (48 hours) after you've received the goods.
In the event of manufacturing defect and order fault, returns are fully accepted and ASCHAS guarantees a full refund. The matter should be informed to us within 48 hours of receiving your product with the photos of the product from all angles (from up, down and side, front, etc)
Return shoes must be in their original condition. Returned shoes must also include the original shoe box and pouch, dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
Original shipping costs are only refundable in the case of manufacturing defect and order fault. ASCHAS reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
If your return is not accepted, refund and other expenses will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
If we receive your information more than 2 days after receiving the goods, we have the authority to cancel your refund.
WARRANTY
- DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY POLICY?
We have a 30 days warranty policy. During the warranty period, we will repair and replace at no charge (exclude delivery - free delivery applies to special case only), products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
We will send you an e-mail for soft copy of the waranty card. You have to keep this waranty card for proof of purchase.
If you need any reparation services, the hard copy of Warranty Card has to be sent to us, along with your defective items. ASCHAS reserves the right to refuse any reparation request in the absent of the Warranty Card.
STORE & STOCKISTS
- I LIKE BROWSING ON YOUR WEBSTORE, BUT I'M OLD-FASHIONED AND I WANT TO TRY ON SHOES BEFORE BUYING THEM. WHAT DO I DO?
We get it, offline shopping still has that certain thrill to it. Well, if you would like to see our products up close before buying them, you can just visit us at our stores and stockists near you.

Please note that not all items available at our webstore will be available at our Stores and Stockists. May we suggest to try on similar styles to the ones you want and then buy them at our webstore!
