Return

We only accept return for damage or defective items for returned.

If you receive damage or defective items, please notify us immediately via email us to admin@aschas.com, WhatsApp us to +62818808967, or Line us at @aschas within 2 days (48 hours) after you've received the goods.

In the event of manufacturing defect and order fault, returns are fully accepted and ASCHAS guarantees a full refund. The matter should be informed to us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Return shoes must be in their original condition. Returned shoes must also include the original shoe box and pouch, dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Original shipping costs are only refundable in the case of manufacturing defect and order fault. ASCHAS reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

If we receive your information of damage items more than 2 days (48 hours) after you receiving the goods, we have the authority to cancel your return and refund.

If we receive your package more than 5 days after we agree to do quality check of the product, we have the authority to cancel your refund.

EXCHANGE

We understand many of you are not sure about your right size here and buying online means you are not able to try it beforehand. 

We accept size exchange only.

You should create a request within 2 days after you receive the product and and please make sure to provide detailed information on why you want to exchange the products. We will respond to your request as soon as we can.

Only after receiving our email response will you be able to exchange the product. Please print the form we have sent you via email, fill it out and send it together with the product.

Items bought at our offline store cannot be refunded or exchanged online. In all exchange cases, original shipping costs are non - refundable. Items bought online cannot be exchange offline. Exchange shoes must be in their original condition.

You will then have 5 days starting from after you receive our email response to send it back.

Exchange shoes must also include the original shoe box, dust bags, packaging accessories, and must be completely UNWORN merchandise.

All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange. ASCHAS reserves the right to refuse any exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

If your exchange is accepted, ASCHAS will send you a notification and exchange form that already accepted to your email.

If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please kindly be informed, that you can only exchange your product with items that are available on our website. We are not able to hold any stocks in any case of exchange.

If we receive your package more that 5 days after we agree to do quality check of the product, we have the authority to cancel your product exchange.

*we do not accept refund and exhange for interantional transactions.

So here the rule at ASCHAS you are able to exchange the shoes with terms below:

  • Must be informed & create a request within 2 days and returned within 5 days, starting from the time you receive your order (immediately via email us to admin@aschas.com, WhatsApp us to +62818808967, or Line us at @aschas.
  • Subtitute size is still available 
  • Shoes must be in the same condition as when delivered (has NOT been used, broken/damage, dirty) 
  • Size guarantee only, NOT different colors / articles 
  • Shipping cost is on customer charge 
  • Not applicable for promo shoes, sale or clearence items 
  • Strictly non refundable
